  • We will interact and assist clients, guests, residents and associates to the fullest extent possible.
  • During each shift, we will inspect all emergency response equipment and immediately report any deficiencies.
  • We will effectively respond to and execute all basic life support, bio-hazard and crisis response procedures as deemed necessary.
  • We will remain well versed and conduct ourselves accordingly as dictated in our standard operating procedures.
  • We will remain well versed and respond accordingly as mandated in our emergency and crisis management plan.
  • We will conduct and execute thorough investigations and generate comprehensive reports to support the same.
  • We will adhere to and ensure our associates have a thorough knowledge of our social media policy.
  • We will patrol all T.E.D. occupied properties and ensure our clients’ and associates’ general welfare, property, and information are protected to the fullest extent possible.
  • We will maintain a written, daily activity log as to any events affecting the clients’ and associates’ general welfare, property, and information.
  • Our upper management team will maintain a direct and fluid avenue of communication with each managing client.
